Booking

There are three ways to find out more about holding an event at the King's Fund:


Please note: The King's Fund is a very popular venue and consistently books out up to six months prior to an event, and some times of the year are more popular than others. We strongly recommend that you contact us as far in advance of your event as possible.

Once you have made your booking, you will be sent a confirmation containing full details and terms and conditions, which we ask you to check and return to us as part of the contract. We will then contact you prior to your event to confirm that all details are correct.

During the run up to your event, a dedicated member of the team will be available to answer any questions you may have, and oversee general co-ordination of your event.

On the day, a dedicated member of the team will be allocated to support you. You can contact her or him at any time you wish during the day, if you need help or information, or to make last-minute changes.

Afterwards, we ask you to complete an evaluation form, so that we can learn how we can improve the service we give to clients who book with us.
