Obtaining articles
Due to copyright restrictions we cannot always have the full text of articles written by King's Fund staff on our site (copyright is often held by the publisher). If the article is not shown in full on this site or through the external link, you may wish to try:
1. King's Fund Information and Library service (ILS)
The ILS holds a range of journals on health management and policy issues (see our journals section for our list holdings). Contact the ILS for further information.2. National Library for Health: My journals
If you work within the NHS and have registered for an NHS Athens account, you can access a number of journals on both clinical and health management issues. Visit the NLH for more details.3. Other sources
- Your own library: check with your own local library as many will provide a service for obtaining photocopies of articles on your behalf.
- Members/alumni of London universities: check the list of union serials (journals) held by academic libraries in London (http://www.inform25.ac.uk/ULS/).
- The publisher of the article: some publishers offer a pay for view service directly.
- The British Library holds about 20,000 journals. Visit the British Library's website.
