The aim of The King's Fund's Point of Care programme is to improve patients' experience of care in hospital, and to help staff deliver the sort of care they would like for themselves and their own families.
The focus of Point of Care is on care in acute hospitals. Our concern is with all health professionals, including support staff, who are involved with patients and families.
