This toolkit outlines a powerful and effective way of improving patients' experience of services, and helps you assess how it can help you meet your aims.

The toolkit includes short videos from staff and patients involved in an EBCD project at King's Health Partners Integrated Cancer Centre in 2009/11 to help bring to life the successes and intense rewards of running this type of improvement project.
