Aims and outcomes

The aim of the project was to adapt an unused bathroom into a sensory 'white' space for patients.

A range of lighting options and sensory equipment including music and aromatherapy, which can be changed to suit the mood and requirements of individual patients. A specially commissioned window screen can be drawn across when the room is used for other purposes, for example, as a quiet room or visitors area.
