Social space at the Mulberry Centre, which has five beds for young people with learning disabilities

Aims and outcomes

The project team wanted to increase the amount of social space available in The Mulberry Centre.

The aim of the project was to transform an underused garden and medical records store into an outdoor social space for residents. A key aim of the redesign was to give residents a 'summer house' in the garden.
