System leadership

The King's Fund has been at the forefront of making the case for integrated care through our research and policy work, and has a deep understanding of what works based on evidence from the NHS and elsewhere.

Care is too often fragmented rather than co-ordinated around people's needs. We believe that delivering integrated care for people with complex needs should be a priority for the NHS and core business for everyone working in health and social care.

We work with leaders across communities to support collaboration in a number of ways – for example, by helping to develop whole-system leadership for integrated care, or by supporting the development of new models of care across organisational boundaries.
