Organisational development
We provide skilled consultants to support clinicians and managers within health and social care organisations and systems to develop and implement change agendas. We can also provide in-house development programmes specific to the needs of your organisation.
We are currently expanding our capacity to offer support to organisations to help them tackle specific challenges - in particular, those faced by new primary care trusts and foundation trusts. This will enable us to offer a unique blend of skills from our policy, leadership and organisational development and data analysis teams. We are now also able to draw on the skills of King’s Fund associates and partnerships with external consultants.
