Michael Wright

Michael is an Australian trained health professional now living in the United Kingdom. He has experience in multiple clinical and organisational leadership roles, and has a keen interest in governance and clinician leadership. He has worked with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in providing leadership training for Australian primary care workers.

Michael is interested in assisting health system workers maximize their leadership potential through understanding the environment within which they operate. His experience in multiple health systems gives him a broad and interesting perspective on the difficulties faced by potential leaders.

In addition to his work with The King’s Fund, Michael continues to practice clinically, and is carrying out further studies in Public Health and Health Economics.
