Chief executive network programme
This national network programme will provide an essential source of intelligence, development support, challenging learning experiences and networking opportunities for NHS chief executives.
The programme has been created in consultation with NHS chief executives and takes a completely new approach to providing support for those at the top of health care organisations.
A comprehensive package
Alongside a series of events, we will offer a bespoke package of support that meets the particular needs of each chief executive.
Tailored policy and practice briefings
An independent source of new ideas and thinking, we will produce national policy directives to provide clear, succinct briefings on key issues. Participants will receive timely information, in a way that is most appropriate and accessible to them.
Development support that matches career needs
This support will include: introductory programmes for newly appointed chief executives; specific inputs for those changing organisations; career transition programmes; and opportunities for chief executives who have been in post for some time and who want to be challenged and refreshed.
International networking
Participants will have the opportunity to network with colleagues internationally, giving them new perspectives, as well as the chance to access the best practices in health care worldwide.
Personal conversations with business leaders
There will be a range of opportunities for members to engage with figures who are nationally or internationally renowned in their field.
