The King's Fund's successful bid for the national support framework for clinical commissioning groups

The National Leadership Council have launched a national framework of leadership development support available to clinical commissioning groups to support them in developing the leadership capacity and capability needed to commission high-quality health care.

A national support framework for clinical commissioning groups

The King's Fund is delighted to announce that it has been successful in bidding to be involved in all four sections of the framework as part of an alliance with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and others.

This national framework of quality-assured providers was selected through a rigorous procurement process by GPs and other clinicians from across the NHS, to meet the leadership development needs of clinical commissioning groups.

As part of the PwC National Clinical Commissioning Group Development Alliance, The King's Fund is committed to supporting the development of clinical commissioning groups across England, so that they can deliver the very best in patient care and experience.

In addition to the national framework, The King's Fund is also on the NHS London framework, also as part of an alliance with PwC and others, to deliver development support for clinical commissioning groups across London.
