The different governance structures of PCT provider boards in London
Department of Health
- NEDs
PCTs in London are developing different models for the management of their provider functions. Boards and non-executive directors’ accountabilities and organisational governance responsibilities will be directly affected by the models chosen. We would hope to establish a facilitated network for those leading this work.
This event will enable non-executive directors to hear from one another about what they are doing in their PCT and will identify future priorities for this network.
