Evaluation 2005
This evaluation of the London Board Leadership Programme looks at the extent to which the programme achieved its aims in the three years up to April 2005 and how it might develop in the light of the changing context of the NHS in London.
It draws on a range of data sources: existing event evaluations; an online survey of non-executives; information from the BLP database provided by The King’s Fund; and interviews with members of the management group, randomly selected non-executives, chief executives and representatives of other organisations.
