Event type:
Board Leadership Programme

About this event

In this session David Pencheon will talk about the case for change in the health system, focusing on environmental sustainability and the relationship between it, financial sustainability and health care and health outcomes. David will use a variety of case studies that will give participants the opportunity to debate methods of engaging people, staff and partners for strategic change.

David will encourage participants to discuss the linking of a sustainability vision and strategy to operational delivery and the role of leadership in that process.

Please invite your executive board members to this event.
