About this event

With the reforms well underway, this interactive session is designed for non executive directors and their chief executive colleagues to explore the practical issues that they will face as they forge a new and rewarding relationship with their governors. We will look at the changes introduced under the Health and Social Care Act 2012 and work through some of the tensions that they may create.

Duncan Astill and Tim Winn from Mills & Reeve LLP will deliver a short introduction and then work through a case study to allow plenty of discussion.
