About this event

Using the Hinchingbrooke franchise as a case study, Bleddyn Rees and Robert Breedon will take us through the highs and lows of the first ever private sector/public sector operating franchise in the NHS. Their experience includes the most complicated and detailed approvals process in NHS history. They will then lead a master class on the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions and franchises enabling chairs and non-executive directors to make informed choices with their boards about the various options available to them.
