Current Awareness Service

Our Current Awareness Service provides in-depth information on a wide range of fast-moving policy issues. You can post it on your intranet, print it, or email it to staff in your organisation for just £110 a year.

Each fortnightly issue covers material added to the King's Fund library database in the previous two weeks, including:

  • between 75 and 100 abstracts of articles, including the latest issues of Health Service Journal, British Journal of Healthcare Management, and Health Policy
  • letters, circulars and press releases issued by the Department of Health
  • around 70 books and reports, including web publications. Our emphasis is on material not readily available elsewhere
  • forthcoming health care conferences.
To find out how to access our database, see accessing the library's literature.
