A new way of thinking
About this event
We all know that the NHS is facing unprecedented challenges. Increasing demand, developing technology and population growth mean the way we currently design, deliver and use our health care resources is unsustainable. This raises huge challenges for NHS boards and their organisations.
The NHS Change Model has been created to support the NHS to adopt a shared approach to leading change and transformation. It is a framework for change to help NHS commissioners and providers improve how they go about improvement and deliver NHS goals for quality and value through a common language for change.
In this interactive session, Helen Bevan and Elaine Latham will introduce the NHS Change Model and explore its potential to support boards in their strategic thinking and approach to improving services, helping non-executive directors and chairs add value to their board and the organisation.
