Voluntary Action Camden is developing and implementing a peer education programme for the Somali and Bangladeshi communities to improve the sexual health knowledge, attitudes and awareness of young people. It is hoped that the programme will enable young people to better access sexual health services if they require them. The project will also draw on the views of the wider community, and it is anticipated that the project will contribute to the development of culturally sensitive mainstream sexual health services in Camden.
