Promotion of healthy eating in the BME community

This project provided healthy-eating seminars for the African and Caribbean communities in Lewisham. The group held six events and invited dieticians and other professionals from the health sector together with culturally appropriate speakers. The seminars provided samples of healthy food as well as leaflets and literature about nutrition.
