About this event

There are huge opportunities for volunteering to help transform health and social care services and bring about real improvements for patients and the wider public. Volunteers already make a significant contribution but many opportunities are missed and organisations often lack a strategic vision for the role of volunteers within their workforce. The challenges facing public services mean that it is important to ask how the system can make better use of the resources that exist in local communities.
