Overview

Event overview

This discussion event explored the opportunities for the health and care system through population health management. As the NHS looks towards outcomes-based provision, the seminar looked at what we can learn from value-based care initiatives in the US and how they might translate to our health and care system. The seminar was organised jointly by The King's Fund and Cerner, through the Fund's Corporate Supporter programme, and builds upon our recent paper on accountable care organisations and learnings for the health and care system, and our ongoing work on integration and patient activation.
