This inaugural summit launched the findings of the Commission on Leadership and Management in the NHS and showcased the very best of leadership and change management that currently exists within the NHS.  Management experts and policy analysts identified what government and organisations must do to guide the NHS through current reforms.

D. Health and Wellbeing Boards: Leading across boundaries

This session is a contemporary take on the leadership imperatives needed to achieve new ways of working post the Health and Wellbeing reforms. The session will include an interactive exploration of the importance of creating ecosystems in which the politics in inclusion, building rapport and adaptation are vital. Delegates will be able to participate in a process aimed at modelling achievement of leading across boundaries in the context of creating successful Health and Wellbeing boards.
