The King’s Fund at the NHS Confederation annual conference and exhibition 2016

The King’s Fund will be at the NHS Confederation annual conference and exhibition on 15-17 June, with speakers on the main programme and a stand where you can find out more about our work, and speak to us about how we can help you with your leadership and organisational development challenges.

Speak to us

If you would like to arrange a one-to-one conversation with a member of our leadership and organisational development team to discuss the challenges facing you, your team or your organisation, please email Claire Cox at leadership@kingsfund.org.uk.

Come and visit our stand - number 65 - and look out for the following sessions:

Wednesday 15 June, 15:30

After the cuts – demonstrating the value in public health

David Buck, Senior Fellow in public health and inequalities, together with Tim Allison and Tracy Taylor.

This session will explore if we are providing strong enough evidence for public health spending as an efficient use of funds and whether existing money is spent in ways that achieve the biggest impact.

Thursday 16 June, 09:00

The NHS belongs to the people – making public accountability meaningful

Alex Baylis, Assistant Director of Policy, together with Julie Wood, Tim Moorhead, Cate McDonald and Judy Robinson.

This session is an opportunity for delegates to explore the rationale behind current mechanisms and the practical implications for effective operation and delivery.
