About this event

Our 2015 summit provided an opportunity for senior leaders to share leadership, staff engagement and cultural change strategies that aim to deliver sustainable improvements in patient care. With our evolving work on patient leadership running as an important theme throughout the day, the event offered practical guidance on leading across systems, achieving collective leadership and overcoming the challenges leaders face with the future of health care.
