Resources
Our resources – known as PARR++ and the Combined Predictive Model – help primary care trusts (PCTs) to identify patients who are at risk of, but who have not yet entered, a spiral of frequent admissions to hospital.
You can download both PARR++ and the Combined Predictive Model from this page.
PARR++
Please note that the current version of PARR++ is not compatible with HRG4 data. Further information about an updated version of PARR will be posted on this site soon. In the meantime, PCTs using PARR++ must ensure that their data is converted to HRG3.5 codes.
