• Straight Talking Peer Education – presenting the realities of pregnancy and parenting to teenagers
• Streetwise Young People’s Project (overall winner) – providing sexual health, mental health, alcohol and drug services to young people in Tyneside
• Unique – Rare Chromosome Disorder Support Group – supporting families of children with rare chromosome disorders
