GSK IMPACT Awards Development Network
The IMPACT Awards Development Network provides a unique five day training programme for organisations that win or are highly commended for an IMPACT Award, or are gold or silver medalists for the IMPACT Champions. It is funded by GlaxoSmithKline, hosted by The King’s Fund, and is valued at £4,000 for each organisation.
In 2011 participants worked on:
- leadership skills
- financial management and governance
- health policy and commissioning
- evaluation
- strategic planning
- fundraising
- using new media
- human resource management
- presentation skills
