Mrs Buggins was the Chair of the SHA that was supposed to govern Mid Staffs, during the biggest disaster the NHS has know and she is now lecturing us on quality and regulation?! Is this a joke?
She was David Nicholson's boss, at the SHA that was responsible for the 1200+ deaths at Stafford hospital. I think these people should not only lose their jobs, but face criminal prosecutions for what they have done.
