Dr Michael Dixon: keeping GPs central to commissioning

Dr Michael Dixon GP, Chair, NHS Alliance, talked to us about the importance of keeping GPs at the heart of commissioning reforms at our 2011 commissioning event. Although he was keen to stress the importance of transparency to prevent conflicts of interest, he urged the government to press ahead with their plans.
