Jude Goffe

Jude Goffe trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Touche. She joined 3i Group plc, the venture capital group, where she rose to become an investment director in the London office, responsible for making a range of unquoted investments. As 3i’s representative, she worked with many company boards in a non-executive capacity.

Leaving 3i after eight years, Jude set up her own consultancy providing advice to small and medium-sized businesses. She continues to do this as well as advising the Jamaican government and companies in Jamaica.

For 10 years, she served as a non-executive director of the Independent Television Commission (ITC), the regulator of all commercial television, cable and satellite in the UK; and as a non-executive director of Moorfields Eye Hospital Trust. In both organisations she either chaired or was a member of the Audit, Remuneration, Commercial Services, and Sanctions Committees. She remains a trustee of the charitable funds at Moorfields.

She is a founding non-executive director at Monitor, the regulator of NHS foundation trusts, where she is a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
