Shirley Collier joined The King’s Fund in 2003 from the National Gallery where she was Deputy Head of Personnel. Prior to that she spent 9 years working in various personnel roles in the NHS, including in acute London hospitals. 

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a degree in French and a masters in HR management.
