Organisational Development Manager

Sue joined The King’s Fund in 2014 in a new role and leads the design and delivery of the Fund's internal people and organisation development strategies.

She has 26 years’ experience in the health system and began her career as a clinician before moving into service management, specifically the development and leadership of inter-disciplinary and innovative community services. She has a postgraduate management qualification, an MSc in organisational development and consultancy, and has held specialist roles in this field in public, third and private sector health care organisations. Sue is experienced in facilitating teams, leading change, organisational learning, leadership development and staff engagement. She is also an EMCC coach practitioner and qualified in using psychological type.
