Jeff Steer

Programme Manager, Leadership Development

Jeff Steer works in the leadership and organisational development team where he manages a number of the Fund’s projects with NHS provider organisations, arms-length bodies and other clients. Current and recent projects include work with NHS trusts and NHS Improvement to assess organisational culture and develop collective leadership strategies; with an NHS trust on quality improvement strategies; and on a project, supported by the Health Foundation, to research the conditions required for successful innovation in NHS organisations, and support NHS providers to assess and improve their readiness to make change.

Before joining the Fund in 2015, Jeff worked in a number business and operations management roles at the Health Foundation and in Oxfam’s UK campaigns department. Before this, Jeff spent five years as a leadership and organisational development programme manager at Bath Consultancy Group.
