Anne joined The King’s Fund as an associate in December 2015, following a period working as a senior consultant supporting the Fund’s developing practice in collective leadership. Anne has more than 20 years’ experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors as an organisation development facilitator, leadership trainer and executive coach. She has a special interest in supporting senior leaders, their teams and organisations in navigating change, and in developing collective leadership capability to achieve strategic goals.
Anne has an MSc in Applied Psychology, a BSc in Transactional Analysis Counselling, is an accredited executive coach with The Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision and a registered interpersonal skills mediator. She is a qualified BPS occupational testing practitioner and is accredited in a wide variety of psychometrics, with a particular interest in psychometrics used in leadership and executive team development.
Starting her career as an HR generalist in retail and financial consulting services, Anne moved into learning and development and organisational change while training as a counsellor and coach. Anne has worked with NHS commissioners, management teams and individuals to build the type of leadership needed to develop cultures that support the delivery of high quality care.
Anne works globally in the private sector in pharma, chemical, IT and strategic consultancy and healthcare industries, and is a senior strategic associate with the Centre for Creative Leadership’s European base in Brussels. Anne is also on the board of trustees for Surrey Family Mediation Services, a charity which offers mediation services to families in crisis.
