Allison Trimble

Allison is a leadership associate with experience in leadership development, facilitation and community participation. She specialises in work with community leaders and works with clients across the voluntary, public and private sectors to develop creative approaches to participation and to facilitate more integrated leadership of local partnerships.

Allison was previously Chief Executive of the Bromley-by-Bow Centre, an integrated health and regeneration project in Tower Hamlets. She is a neighbourhood renewal adviser and an associate of the Centre for Innovation in Healthcare Management at Leeds University where she leads on work with third sector organisations.
