Alasdair Honeyman

Alasdair's focus is on whole system interventions and the challenges of aligning, mobilising and direction setting for those who take positions of authority.
He is a GP who has worked at every level of the NHS, including the Department of Health, and has designed and delivered interventions serving populations upwards of three million people.
Alasdair provides adaptive leadership coaching to the top and the bottom of the office. He undertakes detailed work with small teams. He draws on people to build common purpose and, through meticulous focus on the relational dynamics, supports distributed leaders to set clear direction and develop the ability to deliver on their commitments.
